long time no see !

Yay! took a while but finally found my prom dress and heels will post a picture soon or i might keep it a surprise. Will keep the blog updated but i was just busy will revision and exams. lots of love <3

Arabic makeup

OH how much i love Arabic style makeup, its so dramatic and looks amazing on everyone. Arabic makeup goes back in history and is still worn today it was believed that the kohl (eyeliner) worn around the eyes will protect you from evil and curses, also many women in the bronze ages wore eyeliner to protect there eyes from the sun. However now makeup is seen as a way to beautify the face.


My favorite look is the first one its bright and shimmery like most of them.

hijab brings us together

i never knew growing up that the hijab wasn't just a scarf around our heads, but a connection to other sisters around the world we all are different and don't really know each other but Islam placed this bond which allows us to have something in common. The hijab makes us respectable and seen not just as objects but a person with things to offer the world .
